In the event of injury or illness during your stay, you can return the equipment concerned in advance. On presentation of medical proof and a refund request completed by the Hire Shop, Customer Services will refund you pro rata for the days actually used (any equipment returned after 10am will be deemed to have been hired for the day).
Contact Customer Services via their online contact form, enclosing supporting documents, and they will proceed with the refund within 30 working days.
If you have opted for Carré+ insurance, they will compensate you for any unused rental days.
Please note: you have 31 days from the date of the end of your stay to submit your refund request to Customer Services. After this time, requests will no longer be valid.
