No refunds will be made after the equipment has been collected, except in the following cases of force majeure:
- Accident / Illness (medical certificate required)
- Death of a parent
- Complete closure of the resort
If you are affected by one of these cases, contact Customer Services via their online contact form, enclosing supporting documents, and they will proceed with the refund within 30 working days.
If this is not the case, we are sorry but you will not be entitled to a partial refund.
