Yes, this is possible.
To cancel, log on to your customer area, under ‘Validated bookings’, and click on ‘Cancellation’.
If you cancel your booking within the legal 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that this right of cancellation cannot be exercised if you have already collected the equipment you booked from the rental shop, even if you are still within the cancellation period.
After this 14-day period, the booking fee and Carré+ insurance will not be refunded.
Please note that you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start of your holiday, whatever the reason for cancellation.
