I have cancelled my booking. Will I be refunded the full amount?

If you cancel your booking within the legal 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that this right of cancellation cannot be exercised if you have already collected the equipment you booked from the rental shop, even if you are still within the cancellation period.

After this 14-day period and up to 24 hours before your first day of hire, the booking fee and Carré+ insurance will not be refunded.
