Most changes can be made directly on your online booking via your account. You can make these changes up to 24 hours before the start of your booking.
You can change the dates of your stay, modify the options taken or insurance, remove or add a pack or equipment, etc.
If this change results in an additional cost, you will be asked for this in shop when you visit (if you already had a balance to pay in shop, this will be adjusted; if you did not, this will create one).
On the other hand, if this modification results in a price reduction, there are two possibilities: you have a fairly large balance in shop, from which we can deduct the amount concerned, or you have no balance in shop, in which case we will refund the amount directly to the card used for payment.
