We are sorry to hear that you have had to cut short your holiday due to an injury.
To enable us to reimburse you for any unused rental days, please send us a medical certificate by e-mail, together with the reimbursement request completed by the shop (if this has already been done). Once all the documents have been filled in correctly, your request will be processed within 48 hours by Customer Services.
If the refund is made to your bank card, you will see it appear within 3 to 4 working days on the account used for payment. However, if the refund is to be made by bank transfer (this is the case when part of the amount has been paid in shop) then you will see it appear in your account within 30 days.
