If you wish to cancel your order before your holiday, once you have made your request online, it will be processed automatically. You will then see the refund appear in your account within 3 to 4 working days.
If your refund concerns a request made during your stay or afterwards, Customer Services will process it within two working days. If the refund is made to your bank card, you will see it appear on the account used for payment within 3 to 4 working days. However, if the refund is to be made by bank transfer (this is the case when part of the amount was paid in shop) then you will see it appear in your account within 30 days.
