I forgot to enter my promotional code when I booked. What can I do?

If you forgot to enter your promotional code when you made your booking, don't worry.

You can change your booking and add it later, which will have two possible consequences:

• You paid everything online: you will be refunded the difference in price.
• You only paid 30% online: the price reduction will be calculated on your balance to be paid in shop.

In both cases, once the change has been made, you will receive a new confirmation email with the updated prices.
