In the event of a complete closure of the ski area normally accessible from your shop, and only in this case, the equipment can be returned and the rental days concerned refunded, on presentation of proof from the ski lifts and a refund request completed by the rental shop.
However, in the event of a lack of snow, Precision Ski Rent will not refund unused rental days if the ski lifts are not fully closed (except for customers who have opted for the Garantie Neige).
