Yes, to change your booking you need to go to your customer area (‘Validated bookings’ section). You can change the parameters of your order and the details of each skier up until the day before your first day of skiing.
Please note that if you modify a skier's pack, the price taken into account will be the current price and not the one offered at the time of your order.
If this change results in an additional cost, you will be asked for this in shop when you come in (if you already had a balance to pay in shop, this will be adjusted; if you did not, this will create one). On the other hand, if this modification results in a price reduction, there are two possibilities: you have a fairly large balance in shop, from which we can deduct the amount concerned, or you have no balance in shop, in which case we will refund the amount directly to the card used for payment.
