In the event of breakage, loss or theft of your rental equipment, please report it as soon as possible to the rental shop. You will then be asked to pay compensation equal to the value of the equipment concerned, if you have not taken out Breakage and Theft cover.
For peace of mind on the slopes, some shops offer a breakage and theft guarantee, which gives you preferential terms and conditions if your equipment is broken or stolen during your holiday. This cover is optional and can be taken out when you order online or directly in shop.
