In the event of breakage, loss or theft of your hire equipment, please contact the hire shop as soon as possible. You will then be asked to pay compensation equal to the value of the equipment concerned (you can find the amount of compensation in this article).
So that you can ski with complete peace of mind, we offer you a breakage and theft guarantee (€2 per day per person) which will enable you to obtain preferential conditions if necessary. It covers damage to or theft of equipment during your stay. It is optional and you can include it by ticking the appropriate box when you make your booking.
If you realise after booking that your personal insurance does not cover you, you can change your booking or take out insurance in shop when you arrive.
