I've lost my password. How do I retrieve it?

Simply go to the my account section of our site by clicking on the icon provided.

Then click on forgotten password and enter the e-mail address by which you created your account.

Once you have clicked on send, you will quickly receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

If this is not the case, check your junk mail and if the email is not there, contact customer service.
